Gateway has a long, rich history in this community. Today, Gateway, a United Way Agency, serves a five-county area of North Central Alabama, and our residential treatment program serves the entire state. We're accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Families and Children and a member of the Child Welfare League of America and the Alliance for Children and Families.
Gateway is a leading non-profit agency, providing cooperative and comprehensive social services to at-risk families and youth. To help the families and children of Alabama who are in need, we offer a variety of programs and services. These currently include:
